What I Would Wear

The first thing we have to consider is how your figure. The secret is to enhance the positive and camouflage the less we like. That is, if you do not have abs chocolate bar which do not wear tight shirts. If you have very thick legs, do not wear tights or tight jeans.
XXL T-shirts. We agreed that if a body has not quite worked, we forget the very tight clothing. But beware, this does not mean you wear a shirt XXL, the only thing that seems to do is abducted by a sack of potatoes and optically appear to you on more kilos. With a wide T-shirt (not huge) suffice.

The towel will be a good companion if you think you sweat a lot. Take it with you and take off excess sweat, thank you. That itself should be a normal towel, or the shower or toilet.
If you are not sure that the gym is going to be yours or if you will consistent, do not invest too much on sportswear. Sportswear, made with special fabrics that let you save the temperature and breathing, is expensive. So my advice is do not you buy some clothes an awful lot of sports out of the blue. I would invest in a pair of pants and several layers of cotton, which are the most transpire. It is not necessary that the sports superbrand
The socks. Oh friends, what a great topic. I do not care, you submit it green, black or yellow. But they must be smooth (do not you ever wear socks with cartoons to get a sweat shirt) and especially short. Forbidden, under penalty of expulsion from the group of men with style, wearing high socks with shorts. There are some models that barely cover their ankles, but if you want to invest in socks with double several times you yours is sufficient.
My advice is to prepare yourselves a backpack with: toilet bag, bath towel, towel for sweating while playing sports, flip-flops (this style is more than hygiene and protection against fungi cursed) and of course, clothing you have chosen to exercise. It may seem a pain, but if you buy another bag of toilet (or you pick one that do not use it every day), having everything ready will take a couple of minutes. A train away!
